For house cleaning the customer provides the cleaning products. For all other cleaning work such as commercial cleaning or end of tenancy cleaning, we provide the cleaning products.

How long does a typical clean take?

The duration depends on the size and condition of the property. For example, a typical regular clean of a 3 bedroom property may take 3 to 4 hours, while deep cleans may take longer.

Are you insured?

Yes, SparkleRight is fully insured to give customers complete peace of mind.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, you don’t need to be home. Many customers provide a key or door code. Rest assured, your property will always be treated with respect and care and all our staff have undergone a vetting process and are DBS certified for peace of mind.

What areas do you cover?

SparkleRight serves the Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire areas but we have been known to provide cover outside of these areas depending on requirements. Please see our Areas We Cover section.

Can I book a one‑off clean?

Yes, one‑off cleans, deep cleans, spring cleans and after builders cleans are all available.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Do you offer end‑of‑tenancy or moving‑out cleans?

Yes, SparkleRight provides thorough end‑of‑tenancy cleans designed to meet inspection standards and move in/move out cleans for people moving into or out of a property.

Can I customise the cleaning tasks?

Absolutely. Cleaning plans can be tailored to focus on the areas that matter most to you. For example, you may only want certain rooms cleaned but others left alone.
